Hi! My name is Sara Haynor and I’m a 4^th grade teacher at Curtis Fundamental. I was born in Trinidad and moved to Florida as a young child. I am a Fundamental School Alumni and a Clearwater High School Graduate! I attended St. Petersburg College where I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and certifications in both Reading and ESOL.

Creating a classroom community is important to me. I begin each day with a morning meeting and my goal is for all children to see themselves as capable, confident and valued learners.

My husband is a local firefighter, and we have 4 children! When I’m not in the classroom we enjoy boating, bike rides, and swimming!
