• Our marksmanship team trains cadets to be focused and precise. The captain of our marksmanship team works with our instructors to build a foundation of knowledge and understanding of safety to prepare cadets for competition. Throughout the year, we attend and compete in matches hosted by other schools. There are two official teams within our marksmanship program. The top four shooters in the program are placed on the Veteran team, and the next best four are placed on the Boot team. Each year, our teams compete for a spot at nationals, where the top 20 MCJROTC teams in the nation come together for the final competition. We also sponsor solo shooters from our program to compete at nationals.

Marksmanship practice is held after school. Every cadet is encouraged to participate, and the marksmanship safety test is administered to the whole program at the beginning of the year.
