• music notes The Perkins Elementary Chorus, “The Voices of Perkins” is offered to all 4th & 5th Grade students.
     
    To become a member of this performing group, each student needs parental permission (Chorus Contract).  To continue as an active member, he/she needs to keep up with their classwork, follow discipline rules, and attend the school performances.
     

    The Chorus Uniform - The Music Department will provide a white tuxedo shirt, tie and cummerbund.  Please provide your child with black pants/shirt, black socks/stockings, and black shoes.
