Math Department

    6th and 7th Grade Math
    We use Big Ideas 6th  and Big Ideas 7th  textbooks.   (BigIdeasLearning.com)  The computer programs that we use are: Think Through Math, ST Math, and FCAT Explorer.

    Students are able to access these programs from school and home.

     
    8th Grade Math
    The 8th graders use, Big Ideas Math 8.   Students use Think Through Math and FCAT Explorer.
     
     
    9th Grade Math
    Students use a Students Activity Book which is divided into Volume 1, representing Mathematical Relationships: Linear functions and their foundations.  Volume 2 - Exploring functions and equations: Linear equations, exponential relationships and quadratic models. 

    Intensified Algebra 1 incorporates review and repair strategies for pre-algebra concepts and skills standards prior to Algebra 1.
