About

Lealman Innovation Academy provides a highly personalized educational environment for students in grades 6-12. The school focuses on personalized learning, acceleration and flexible scheduling for recovery. Lealman is a district-wide application program with arterial transportation for scholars. Lealman Innovation Academy tailors what, when, where and how students learn to their individual needs, skills and interests. The school enables students to take ownership of their learning and helps them develop deep connections with each other, their teachers and other adults. The Mission Statement of Lealman Innovation is R. O.A. R. – Recovery, Onus, Acceleration and Redefinition.
