Hello, I am Heather Carter and I teach 3rd grade at Curtis Fundamental. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. I have certifications in Elementary Education, ESOL, and Library Media Technology. I have over twenty years of teaching experience, mostly in Pinellas County Schools. I couldn’t be happier to join Curtis Fundamental and to have the opportunity to teach my favorite grade! My goals are to cultivate a love of learning, and to ignite a passion that supports lifelong learners.
I live in Clearwater with my two children and our two dogs. In my time off, I enjoy spending time with family and going to the beaches, parks, and being active outdoors.
