Grade 6 Math Advanced Accelerated Spring/Summer 2017

This course will be offered beginning March 1, 2017 and will conclude on June 30, 2017. Enrollment will begin on February 13, 2017 and conclude on February 24, 2017. Any current Pinellas County Schools 5th Grade students are eligible to apply, if they have a Math FSA scale score 310 or higher (Level 3 or higher) from the 15-16 school year. 

Students who earn a 70% or higher in the course are able to take Grade 7 Math Advanced during the 17-18 school year. Students will work independently outside the school day to complete the online coursework. Students must be self-directed learners willing to complete all required coursework.

There are several online information sessions to chose from if you would like to learn more about this opportunity from the instructors who teach this course. You can sign up through our calendar on our website and select from one of the following information sessions:

• Wednesday, February 1 at 6:00pm
• Thursday, February 2 at 8:00pm
• Tuesday, February 7 at 6:00pm
• Wednesday, February 8 at 8:00pm
• Thursday, February 9 at 6:00pm

There will also be several online orientation session that are strongly suggested for student success. You can sign up for the orientation through our calendar on our website and select from one of the following orientations:
