City Hall is a non-profit government agency housing many of the community’s services. The Mayor and Unified Giving Charities offices can be found here. Pinellas County Utilities Water Department Pinellas County Utilities Solid Waste is also located here. The employees will read water meters and conduct water conservation audits and interviews. Pinellas County Utilities Solid Waste will be pick up recycling throughout the day, while the Unified Giving employees collect money for charities.
