IGNITE MUSIC INVITATIONAL, A MUSIC FOR ALL AFFILIATE REGIONAL FESTIVAL, PRESENTED BY YAMAHA

The Ignite Music Invitational is the only Music for All Affiliate Regional Music Festival in the nation that serves five performance areas: Concert Band, Chorus, Jazz Band, Orchestra, and Percussion Ensemble. The Invitational is a performance-driven music festival open to middle and high school performing ensembles throughout Florida and beyond. Participating ensembles perform a 20-minute concert set in front of their peers, followed by a 20-minute clinic with world-renown music educators and performers. This opportunity provides students with real-time feedback that they can implement in their performance practice immediately. Featured professional performances round out the Invitational experience, showcasing the potential of music performance at its peak.

IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 IGNITE MUSIC INVITATIONAL WILL OPEN OCTOBER 1, 2024!

Invitational Dates:

April 1, 2025 – Choral Invitational and *NEW* Honor Choir

April 4, 2025 – Orchestra Invitational

April 5, 2025 – Concert Band, Jazz Band, and Percussion Invitational

Grade Levels Served:

All Middle and High School concert band, chorus, jazz band, orchestra and percussion ensembles are allowed to register.

Selection Process:

The program will be by online application.

Invitational Program Cost:

PCS Schools – $150 per ensemble

Non-PCS Schools – $250 per ensemble

Honor Choir Program Cost:

PCS Student: $20

PCS Chaperone: $10

Non-PCS Student: $40

Non-PCS Chaperone: $20
