I am excited to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Bauder Elementary School. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from Barry University. I live in St. Petersburg with my husband, 2 daughters, and 3 sons. I have been a part of Pinellas County Schools since 2011 as a classroom teacher and an Instructional Staff Developer. 

I strongly believe that a solid partnership among parents, students, and educators is crucial for fostering a supportive learning environment where every child can excel academically, emotionally, and socially. By working together, we can address challenges collectively and celebrate the accomplishments of our students. I have seen firsthand how education can be a catalyst for positive change. 

My goal at Bauder is to provide students with a comprehensive education that not only promotes academic success, but also nurtures their individual strengths, passions, and values.

I am excited to connect with each of you and your children personally because I value the importance of building strong relationships within our school community. My door is always open, feel free to reach out so we can work together to guide your child through their educational endeavors.
