• Good evening Eisenhower Panda families,

    This is Principal Baker calling to welcome you to the week of August 18th.

    I want to begin by thanking you for a fantastic first week of school! We are truly blessed to educate and serve your students each day. 

    Now for a few reminders and updates.

    Open House

    Open House is scheduled for this Wednesday August 21st form 6-7 pm. We will offer 2 sessions for families with more than one student in attendance at Eisenhower. 6-6:30 Session 1 and 6:35-7:00 Session 2. Doors will open at 5:40pm. Please plan to arrive early as parking will be a challenge.

    Morning Arrival

    Staff will begin supervision of students at 8:15am. Prior to 8:15am, students are not permitted on campus for student safety. Students may enter the campus in the front main entrance or carline. They will all be directed to the cafeteria until 8:30am. Classrooms will be open to students beginning at 8:30am.

    If your student is not eating breakfast, we encourage arrivals after 8:30am. Students may report directly to their classes at that time. Instruction begins promptly at 8:45am. 

    Parking Lot Safety

    Children should always be with an adult, and never on their own when walking in the parking lot. Parking in front of the main school gate and entrance is not permitted. Please be respectful to school staff on duty.

    Dismissal Changes

    If your child is going home a different way than normal, please let the teacher AND the office know by 2:20 the day of dismissal. 

    Late Arrivals

     Students arriving late must be escorted by an adult to be signed in in the front office. 

    Early sign-outs

    Early sign-outs are highly discouraged, but if you must, please do so prior to 2:20 pm. You must bring a driver’s license or Identification to sign out your student. 

    4th and 5th Grade Chorus

    Bus Rider Bulletin

    Families of bus riders should sign up for Bus Bulletin to receive alerts of delay and or any updates.

    Reporting Absences

     It is the responsibility of parents and caregivers to report their child's absence

    along with the reason for the absence by calling the school absence reporting line or emailing the teacher. Please include your child’s first and last name when reporting absences.  You may also report an absence to the email absence reporting link:

    Parent Lunches

    Parents and Families listed on the student information card will be allowed to eat on campus with their Panda daily after Labor Day.

    SAC
