Welcome to Safety Harbor Elementary, Home of the Sea Turtles!

As the Assistant Principal of Safety Harbor Elementary, I am honored to join you this school year.  I look forward to collaborating with our community stakeholders, families, and staff to ensure each student's social, emotional, and learning needs are met.

Safety Harbor Elementary is a true community school that is rich in tradition and goes above and beyond to provide students with a variety of opportunities and experiences, both inside and outside the classroom learning environment.  I value providing students with a safe learning environment that is academically focused and feel it is imperative to take the time necessary to enrich learning and celebrate all student and school-related successes.

It is with great pride that I begin my 21st year with Pinellas County Schools, having spent 10 years as a teacher, and am now in my 11th year as an Assistant Principal.  On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as participating in any activity that involves spending time outdoors.

I look forward to getting to know each of you and believe that together, we will make your student's learning experience at Safety Harbor Elementary one that creates fond memories and sparks a love for lifelong learning!
