Mrs. Ahearn
My name is Leah Ahearn and I am a kindergarten teacher at Curtis Fundamental Elementary. I was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida! I am a graduate of Plumb Elementary, Oak Grove Middle School and Clearwater High School. I attended the University of South Florida where I received my bachelor's degree. I am certified in general education for grades K-6, exceptional student education for grades K-12 and I am both reading and ESOL endorsed. I am also a trained Reading Recovery teacher for the school district. Previously, I have taught both kindergarten and 1st grade and have a love for both!
When not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, family and friends. I also love cooking, boating and camping.
