    Our STEM Academies will offer students opportunities to conduct hands-on STEM investigations, explore careers in STEM, utilize the engineering design process, improve teambuilding and leadership skills, learn about business planning, and interact with community partners.

    STEM will begin on Thursdays (3:00-4:00pm) the beginning of October through the end of April.

     

    Crazy 8s Math Club is where students will build stuff, run and jump, make music, make a mess… it’s a totally new kind of math club.

    Students will be enrolled for (2) 8-week sessions on Tuesdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    In the Art Club students will read books related to art, discuss, reflect, and complete hands-on activities.

    This is an 8-week club that meets once a week from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    Sports/ Fitness Club will help students improve health and fitness knowledge through playing a team sport and researching its history, rules, and role models.

    This is an 8-week club that meets once a week on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    Lego Club the students will collaborate to build structures through reading and math activities.

    This is an 8-week club that meets once a week on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    Coding Club students will learn basic computer programing concepts to solve fun coding puzzles.

    This is an 8-week club that meets once a week on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    Science Club students will increase their science knowledge through project based learning.

    This is an 8-week club that meets once a week on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    Our Home Ec Club will teach the students basic home economics skills that infuse reading, math, and science skills by baking, sewing, woodworking, and crafts. Some of the activities will include sewing cooking/baking, household tricks, and more.

    This is an 8-week club that meets once a week on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    IC3 certification is a digital program that creates a bright future in technology by developing digital skills, build a solid technical foundation, and ignite student learning.

    This program is self-paced. The students will meet one day a week.

     

    Crafting Club will inspire your imagination by designing, planning and coordinating varius craft projects.

    This is an 8 week club that meets once a week on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

     

    Book Club is a valuable enrichment opportunity allowing students to read, discuss, answer questions and explore selected books through a rigorous research based program with other students.
