Welcome to another amazing year here at Palm Harbor Middle School. Our tradition of excellence started in 1983 and we get better each year. Hello!  My name is Ms. Peggy Dupee and I am your proud Principal.  This year marks my 25th year in education.  I have my undergrad in Exceptional Student Education and a double master's in Reading and Educational Leadership.  I taught for six years in Palm Beach County before moving to Pinellas, where I taught for five years at CHS, served as a literacy coach at the District level for two years, and served as the magnet coordinator and Assistant Principal at PHUHS for nine years.

I feel greatly honored to serve and lead Palm Harbor Middle School! At Palm Harbor, we provide a strong foundation of academic excellence for our students in a safe learning environment. We are committed to providing various opportunities for exploration in the arts, world languages, business, and STEM through our electives, Career Academy of Medical and Business, and ELP programs.

I will work each day to fulfill our vision of 100% student success. Our staff will provide high-quality instruction in a caring and scholar-centered environment. We will provide the necessary resources and support to motivate, engage, and promote our scholars to success.

I look forward to working collaboratively with the Panther community, staff, and scholars to make the 2024-2025 school year an amazing and productive year.
