    About:

At Boca Ciega High, we pride ourselves in offering extensive courses, including the Pre-AP Framework, Advanced Placement, dual enrollment, Cambridge AICE, honors courses, and various elective courses. There is a place for everyone within our wall-to-wall academy model, as students select an academy based on their interests and post-secondary goals. Each academy offers students an opportunity to earn college credit and industry certifications. Students are supported by award-winning faculty and staff, the AVID elective, and through incorporating AVID strategies school-wide. As an AVID National Demonstration Site, BCHS strongly emphasizes college and career readiness. As a result, our College & Career Center is staffed with two full-time counselors who dedicate their time to helping students and families explore, plan, and prepare for their post-secondary goals.

    Highlights:

While at BCHS there are many opportunities to earn college credit through our extensive offerings of Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment courses. Boca Ciega is offering, as part of our curricular program, the Pre-AP framework. We also have a full-time College and Career Counselor available to students and families.
