I began my career as a Library Media Specialist at Sandy Lane Elementary, Conservatory for the Arts in 2017. I LOVE being the Librarian and engaging students and staff with literature. This year, we are blessed to be in a newly remodeled school. Our Media Center has over 10,000 books and 248 ebooks, a computer lab, Ipads, TV Studio (WSLN - Wonderful Sandy Lane News) and a Makerspace area. All of these areas are to encourage scholars to develop a LOVE of Learning through READING! 

We will be Genrefying our Fiction area this year to allow scholars to easily find a book which fits their interests. 

I am looking forward to working with your scholar this year in our newly remodeled library!
