Seminole Middle School is excited to announce the addition of Cross Country to our athletic program!!

Cross Country is a 2 mile course usually within a city or county park.  We will have both a Boys and Girls team that will compete against other middle schools in our district.  Both teams will compete in about 4 or 5 meets and then we will have a Pinellas County Middle School Championship meet.  Each team will have about 15 to 18 athletes. 

Before you can tryout, you must have all paperwork turned in and cleared. 

The paperwork can be found on our  website or in the front office. 

Please turn in all paperwork to Coach Lance.

Informational Meeting - Wed. 8/14 4:30 - 5:00 pm - those who have completed the ATHLETIC PAPERWORK can stay for workout until 5:30 pm

Pre-Season Workout on Thursday 8/15 - 4:30 - 5:30 

Tryout date: Monday 8/19 4:30 - 5:30 pm
