About

Calvin Hunsinger School is a K-12 school designed to provide students with the highest level of academic and behavioral support. We are a unique setting that offers various programs to ensure all students have access to the services they need to be prepared for college, career, and life upon graduation.

Our small class sizes and highly trained staff allow for instruction to be individualized to meet the diverse needs of each student. The school-wide focus on positive behavior interventions creates a therapeutic learning environment, where students feel appreciated, safe, and respected.

Having a strong and well-rounded student service team onsite sets us apart from other schools. The ESE specialist, social workers, behavior specialists, psychologist, and school counselor work closely with families to provide resources and build trusting relationships.

Our school participates in the Community Eligibility Provision Program, which enables us to provide breakfast and lunch at no cost to our students.
