It is such an honor to be the Principal of Sandy Lane Elementary, Conservatory for the Arts! I believe that all of us - school, family, and the community - can work together to achieve 100% student success! I am a product of Pinellas County Schools and have worked as an educator for over 25 years. I have worked as a teacher, instructional coach, district curriculum writer, professional development facilitator, assistant principal, and principal. These roles have provided me with unique experiences that have shaped me as a leader. 

I look forward to a great year ahead. My goal is to work collaboratively with the highly qualified instructors of Sandy Lane to ensure that all scholars are provided with challenging, rigorous, relevant, and standards-based education in a positive and safe learning environment. Within our rigorous academic instruction, we infuse a full-time creative arts-based education. We will accomplish this by partnering with families, aligning resources, and setting high academic and behavior expectations.
