Content Creation

Our digital media program is a sequence of courses which focus on the creative multi-faceted areas of today’s digital design and delivery. Students produce the award-winning daily live television broadcast, CATCOM, using our state of the art high-definition studio, control room, and edit suites. Students specialize in 2D and 3D animation, graphics, digital video production, digital audio, producing, anchoring, and a variety of other tasks. They also produce special projects for Lakewood and clients in the community. Students earn Industry Certifications in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, and more.  

Year 1 – Digital Media Fundamentals (CATCOM Simulation) *Adobe Premier Pro Certification

Year 4 – CATCOM and Capstone Project
