My name is Tiffani Cooney, and I am grateful to be serving in my second year as Assistant Principal at Campbell Park Elementary. As a proud product of Pinellas County Schools, it is both an honor and a privilege to continue giving back to the community that shaped me.

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from St. Petersburg College in 2009, I began my teaching career right here at Campbell Park, where I taught for five years. I then spent 10 years at Belleair Elementary as an MTSS Coach, Reading Interventionist, and first-grade teacher. During that time, I also earned my Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida.

Over the years, I have learned the importance of building a positive culture where both students and staff can thrive. I am passionate about supporting teachers, fostering collaboration, and ensuring every child receives the instruction and care they need to succeed. This school year, my focus is on continuing to strengthen Tier 1 instruction, supporting staff development, and building strong partnerships with families to help our scholars rise.
