My name is Kim Noorbakhsh, and I am so excited to be starting my second year as Principal of Campbell Park Elementary! Serving this school and community is truly an honor, and I am grateful every day for the chance to grow, learn, and celebrate alongside our students, staff, and families.

I’ve been a proud member of Pinellas County Schools for 18 years—working as a substitute teacher, special education teacher, classroom teacher, behavior specialist, administrative intern, and assistant principal before becoming principal here at Campbell Park. Each of those experiences shaped my passion for creating a school where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to do their very best.

This year, my goals are all about helping our scholars and staff soar even higher. We are focused on:

• Raise student achievement by strengthening Tier 1 instruction and providing the right supports to meet every student’s needs.

• Build leadership capacity in both staff and students through the Leader in Me framework and the 7 Habits.

• Foster a positive school culture where every scholar, staff member, and family feels valued, supported, and celebrated.

• Maintain and grow our momentum as we strive for an A school grade—One by One, We Rise!
