SPHS Mission Statement

The mission of St. Petersburg High School is to graduate all of our students with the skills to be successful in a global society by offering a rigorous, safe and supportive learning environment.

Core Values

1.  All students must feel emotionally and physically safe at school to reach their potential.
2.  All teachers must teach and model literacy skills.
3. All classes must be rigorous, relevant and encourage creative thinking skills.
4. Staff member must foster positive relationships with the students and other staff.
5. A strong extra curricular program is important in order to keep students connected to school.
