Hola, I'm Señora Lewis and I love to teach español!

I teach Kindergarten, First and Second Grade for twenty-five minutes three times per week.

I have a BA in Elementary Ed and an MA in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida. I am a National Board Certified Teacher in World Languages Other than English for Early and Middle Childhood and I've been teaching 38+ years in Pinellas County. I was born in Cuba and grew up in Puerto Rico.

I learned English as a second language in elementary school. 

I have a wonderful husband and two great daughters.  I’m proud to say both of our daughters graduated from Perkins Elementary.  Christina is a Programing Executive  at ABC Studios and Cynthia is a mechanical engineer.

I also have a very nice cow that helps me out at school. Her name is Vaca Lolita.
