First Year Band is for students wanting to learn a band instrument.  First Year Band will perform in the Spring Concert.

Requirements:

• Attend beginner band open house.
• Rent band instrument unless student has his/her own instrument.
• Students must purchase a band method book.
• Exhibit best behavior during rehearsals and performances.
• Attend rehearsals. 
• Practice each day.
• Maintain playing condition of instrument.
• Perform in the Spring Concert.
• Wear concert dress:  black pants or skirt, white blouse or shirt.
• Rehearsals:  2:40- 3:10 PM Mondays and Wednesdays
