    Keila Victor

    Keila Victor, principal of Midtown Academy (July 2019 to present), began her employment in Pinellas County Schools in 1998. She served as a Classroom Teacher at Pinellas Park Middle School (1998-2006); an Assistant Principal at Southside Fundamental (2006-2008), at Madeira Beach Fundamental (2008-2017), and principal of Bay Vista Fundamental (2017-2019).  Ms. Victor earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida A & M University. She earned her certification in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.

    Carlisa Mills

    Carissa Mills, Assistant Principal of Midtown Academy, graduated from Pinellas Park High School in 1982. Ms. Mills went on to receive an Associates of Arts degree from St. Petersburg Junior College and then graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She later earned her Master’s in Educational Leadership. After over thirty years of experience, Ms. Mills is still excited about the many possibilities and her positive impact on students as an educator.   Ms. Mills has been a classroom teacher, district staff developer, Title I facilitator, curriculum specialist, and assistant principal at Gibbs High School and Northeast High School.  Ms. Mills decided to get back to her roots in elementary school at Midtown.  She greatly loves her two children and two granddaughters, Taylor and McKenzie.
