How to Donate
The Pinellas Education Foundation maintains an account for the HEAT Program so that we are able to accept monetary donations through a HEAT Donation Link.
Click on the link below, enter the donation amount, enter the donor's name (organization or personal), email, and phone number, and tell us if you have a funding preference from the HEAT Wish List shown below.
All money donated is directly deposited into a special account that is only used for students experiencing homelessness and their families. These funds are used to assist with the educational needs, transportation needs, and/or food, personal hygiene, or laundry needs. Examples are shown in the HEAT Wish List:

To assist with educational needs:
- Backpacks/miscellaneous school supplies
- Miscellaneous school-related fees
To assist with transportation needs:
- Fuel Cards
- PSTA Bus Passes - daily or weekly
To assist with food, personal hygiene, or laundry needs:
- Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, or Target gift cards (with the stipulation that cards may NOT be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco products).
