We are nearing completion of our master schedule, and student classes and periods are now visible in Focus. Our counseling team has worked diligently throughout the summer to make adjustments and ensure we are ready to support every student as we begin the new school year.
We understand that many of you have reached out with scheduling requests. As noted in earlier communications this week, our team was still in the process of finalizing student schedules, which may have delayed our ability to respond. Please know this process involves many moving parts, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
To better serve our students and families, we have updated our scheduling change process to improve efficiency, ensure equity, and support our counseling team’s workload. Moving forward, all scheduling change requests must be submitted through the official Schedule Change Request Form linked below.
If you previously sent an email with a request, we kindly ask that you now submit your request through the form to ensure it is reviewed properly. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support as we streamline this process.

Deadline to submit: August 15th by 10:00 PM
Please allow up to one week for your request to be reviewed by a counselor. You will receive an email response from your counselor with confirmation of any approved changes or an explanation if the request cannot be fulfilled.
