    Case Challenge Question: How should Nielsen use social media to communicate who they are and what they do in a way thatwill appeal to a wide-range of households?

    Core Competency: Cultural Agility

    Analytical Tool: Customer Survey: A tool utilized to process a customer’s level of satisfaction with the products,or services,of a company by providing a simple questionnaire. Survey questions can be multiple choice, open-ended, or a rating scale.

    Case Challenge Question: What modifications or upgrades to the customer experience should Arby’s consider, to appeal to a new target market of 13-17-year-olds?

    Case Challenge # 1 - Pinellas Education Foundation

    Core Competency: Throughout this learning experience, the learners are building skills around EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION. Students are provided with opportunities to demonstrate the following behaviors,in self-monitored, group settings:

                                       •Promoting cooperation for diverse, collective input and output

                                       •Seeking a range of perspectives

                                       •Creating open and productive environments.

    Analytical Tool: Personality Assessment: Using the tool available athttp://japrofile.org/, students will complete a personality inventory to explore both their personality traits,as well as those of others on their team.

    Case Challenge Question: How can we engage students earlier in their education to explore career opportunitiesthrough collaboration?

    Case Challenge Winners: We held our first culminating event for 9th grade on Wednesday, Sept. 15th. Students were given the opportunity to see the top presentations and participate in various activities with our business partners. A special thank you goes to the Pinellas Education Foundation for providing us with our case challenge problem.
