The maintenance department is an all-encompassing operation that is inclusive of multiple professional trades personnel who repair facilities, maintain equipment, buildings, and sites throughout the District. Service requests are submitted electronically by designated people at each site directly to customer service for processing. This department is also responsible for site work and the maintenance and relocation of portable classrooms throughout the District.

The warehouse provides support to the schools and departments of this district through various services. Included among those services are the disposal of the district's surplus and obsolete equipment through public internet auctions, recycling, and redistribution, handling the removal and reallocation of surplus furniture, distributing classroom instructional, and other printed, materials, testing and student records transfer.

The warehouse commonly stocks needed classroom and office supplies. Volume purchases and centralized storage and distribution result in major cost savings for the school district. Supply orders are requested daily from schools and district offices, which include art supplies, office and computer supplies, floor care products, forms, audio visual supplies, custodial and cleaning supplies, cafeteria small equipment, furniture, classroom supplies, first aid supplies, food (frozen, refrigerated and dry), electrical supplies, tools, and physical education equipment.
