  • Logging your Volunteer Hours

Tracking volunteer hours gives us a clearer picture of the true value of our programs. It helps show business partners, donors, and the community the impact volunteers make, both in cost savings and contributions. Accurate records also help us plan, set goals, and highlight the strength of our school community.  Please log your hours regularly!

Refer to the Volunteer Quick Guide for easy instructions.

    Accessing the Volunteer Handbook

We have generated a handbook to assist our Pinellas County Schools volunteers.  If you have any questions, please reach out to your school's Family & Community Liaison or College & Career Coordinator.

    Reactivating your Volunteer Account

Volunteers are required to reactivate their profiles at the start of each school year.  If you are a current volunteer, follow the steps below to reactivate your account.  Please do not use a mobile device when reactivating.

    1. Go to volunteer.pcsb.org
    2. Enter your username and password
    3. Answer the screening questions

    Become a Resiliency Coach

Current active volunteers are eligible to become Resiliency Coaches through Resiliency Florida.  Resiliency Coaches will serve as one of the first layers of support. Resiliency Coaches are trusted adults who are trained to support children as they build resiliency to face day-to-day challenges. When children build resiliency, they have better academic achievement, better attendance and a greater ability to set short- and long-term goals.

  • Interested Making a Bigger Impact?

Current volunteers can choose to become Level 2 volunteers, allowing them to work with students in unsupervised settings. This role requires additional background screenings for student safety.
