What is Leadership U?

Leadership U is a one-of-a-kind professional development program for PCS employees who are looking to lead right where they are. You'll join four fun, in-person sessions and complete some extra coursework along the way. Leadership U is all about helping you understand your leadership style and boosting your skills to become a great leader. It’s a great opportunity to grow and make a real impact! 

Target Audience

Support Services personnel, Instructional, and Professional/ Technical staff who are interested in exploring how they can develop a quality leader focus in their own work processes, and who aspire to more leader-oriented roles.

Program Information

• Four mandatory sessions: Oct. 23, Nov. 13, Jan. 15, and Feb. 12
• Presentation at the Showcase and Ceremony on March 26, 2025.
• Additional mandatory courses and elective courses listed in the application.
