Our staff consists of:
School psychologists and educational diagnosticians who provide services that are available to all students and parents in Pinellas County Schools. We provide assistance to schools, students and parents when academic or behavioral concerns arise and prevent students from attaining their own highest possible school achievement.
What is a school psychologist?
A school psychologist is a professional with extensive training in student behavior, effective educational practices, and knowledge of how to develop student's prosocial skills and motivation to assist them in becoming successful life long learners.
What is an educational diagnostician?
An educational diagnostician is a professional with particular expertise in curriculum and diagnostic skills. They provide additional assistance for elementary students who are not making expected academic progress.
